Well there are many ways to make a wallpaper and many programs to use..I myself use adobe photoshop CS5 which works for me. I started making wallpapers back in 2007 when I first joined theO. Anyway I recommend viewing this guide,my friend Aria Sky made this guide to help people create wallpapers and e-cards. It contains many helpful information. Even though I've been making wallpapers for 8 years,there are still things I don't know and I have refered to it. Hopefully it will help you like it helped me.
Also for help using photoshop and more tutorials can be found HeRe. This world was created by my friend Kami-chan.x3. Hope this helps you some. Also welcome to theO.
