I find it interesting that this was for an insurance company. You would never see this in America; IIRC, the standard over here is for health insurance ads to be humorous. (Which might be fitting, seeing as how health insurance in America is apparently a joke. =___=;;)

Yes. Yes it is. That's why so many Americans come up here to Canada to get medical-related stuff.
