Each series is separate and has its own seasons. I'm only going to pick like two openings I really like from them and post them. And two openings as well. And I have other openings from other animes I like. So yes I shall post a variety. I can't wait to post, I'm excited. :D

As for the YGO OPs, I'm not familiar with how long each series is. If each series lasts for one or two seasons (24 to 26 episodes), then I'd say to combine them all. If they're longer than that, or if each individual series has a lot of OPs (say, 4 or more) you can count them separately.

I made this rule so that the countdowns would have some variety to them. Make sure to keep that in mind when picking your songs.

I'd like to begin posting my top openings and endings of anime soon. When will you be granting Guest Poster status? I'd like to post soon. Could I post different openings/endings from different Yu-Gi-Oh series, cuz each series is an anime unto themselves while still sharing the Yu-gi-oh name. Does that make sense?

But a slight extension to it--do they have to be from the same season or can it just be from the entire series as a whole?
I say this because sometimes one OP or ED might change mid-season, so you end up having multiple ones for one season.

If you like an OP for a certain series, for example, but none of the EDs, you don't have to include an ED from the series for the countdown. Does that answer your question?

1- Do the openings and endings have to be from the same anime or can it be one OP from one anime and one ED from another?

As long as you link them from YouTube, I don't think there is a limit. I think they're treated as normal links. Don't quote me on that, though. I really haven't tried linking multiple videos in a post before. ^^;

and lastly

3. How would I include the Mushishi ED, or can I include it at all? To explain what it is, it is that they take a significant background song from the episode, and put it as the ED, so that there is a different ED song for each episode. Do I have to pick one out of all of them, or could I include them all in one entry? If that makes sense...

I know you said only one opening per series, but I'm not clear on what constitutes a long-running series or spin-off. RWBY has two seasons which each total about two hours, and I really like both of the openings and can provide a decent explanation of why. Would it be okay if I switched my ending slot for that opening? I can't possibly choose between the two.

The only thing I'm not clear on is the OP/ED being the original OP/ED. What do you mean by that (since you said you can use more than one song for long-running anime with long-running sequels)?
