Anyway, that's all fine & dandy because today is Romantic Comedy day!
Now, while thinking on what OP deserves a spot on my list, I was starting to wish that I was doing more than 5 OPs, but I'm finding a way to make it work.
But, I've made my decisions.

Needless to say, but I'll say it anyway, I love "School Rumble!"
But, lately I've been noticing that a lot of Comedy, Romance, High-School, and Ecchi anime usually get great soundtracks. I got lost in which anime OP from this genre deserved a spot on this list.
Other notable candidates came from "Baka & Test" as well as "Boku wa Tomodachi ga Sukunai" (aka "Haganai") and "High School of the Dead."
Still, School Rumble's opening takes the cake because it exemplifies all that is good about the anime in its music.
I can't get enough of that ending part, and it perfectly captures the feel of the anime.
Seriously; that's so powerful that I literally got caught up in watching old clips of the anime, and now I want to watch that whole series again!!
...Now I know what I want for Christmas.

Now if you don't find that even a little bit charming...Then you probably don't have a soul, but I don't judge.
Maybe its because of what time I watched this anime or the theme of the ending cinematic, but this song is perfect in the winter-time.
Can't really say much else other than its a great song that captures the more subtle elements of "Spice & Wolf."
Also, if you want to watch the anime, I will regretfully inform you that it doesn't have a concise ending, its one of those "Read the manga" endings--but its still a good anime and I encourage you to watch it even if you're not a romance type, because I'm not that big on romance but it is a very enjoyable anime.
