She died(or got killed) after Erebus and Kratos turned into nobodies(thus becoming Xerebus and Xraktos). He saw her die but didn't know she had come back til Organization Zero attacked the castle.
She was reincarnated but got turned into a heartless at a young age.
lol...now, I just have a question. -x-' This is probably going to go back like...a long time...so um...what happened to make Nyx a kid again? o_o' Saix found her as a child right? Did she like...fall from heaven and get reborn or something oO?
