To Get into the Elite you must be very active in this club constantly contributing. Elitists also get special privileges, if I am thinking of modifying something you will be one of the first ones to know via PM, you will be squad leaders on missions, and you're major quote will be displayed on the intro. Also, Eliters's point numbers are cleared because they have already reached the higher status in the club. Everyone else still have points to rack up in activity.
"..When I gave up my heart....I didn't mean to give up my soul too....oh well no sense in dealing in the past....I will keep order in this castle...or die trying...."
~Triskix~
"So far into the darkness that I can no longer see the light...and I like it..."
~Lexian
Remember, darkness does not always equal to evil. Just as light does not always bring good.
~Nyx
"Could one such as I, one without a heart, dare say they have felt the emotion of Love...or was it an illusion cast upon me in this endless darkness?"
-RaXi-
"It doesn't matter how pure, full of light your heart is, It doesn't matter how cold, full of darkness your heart is. What matters is knowing if you made the right choice or not"
~Xemmsur
"Strength decides who lives and who dies. If you're strong, you survive; while if you're weak, you simply fade away. There is no "In-Between"."
-Ximh
Better to be a Nobody without a heart, then a somebody with a heart.
~Kyxsha
"Why would I want a heart...when everyone I would love is already dead? I have been avenged, I have no one to avenge...life as a Nobody is all that is left for me."
-Rexikat

Prospective new members: we will decline every new member that wishes to enter the castle at this time until this arch in the story line is over. After that time, people may apply for membership. Once this arch is over, I will give more details.
I'm back, after a very long absence! ^_^ Thanks to Dark Smile for the opening! I sort of forget what was going on when I last posted, so I'll just start back in my room.

After going down to the labs to find out what the experimentation was about, I headed back to the Castle to wait for Pashnirix's report. In my room, I paced back and forth, tense from all of the hostile auras I was feeling in the Castle. So much was going on...
"Rex! You in there?! Just what the HELL's been going on around here?! Come on Rex, open up!"
There was someone pounding at my door, Ximh, by the sound of his voice. I hurried to open the door, and Ximh rushed inside. "Ximh," I said.
"Rex, what's going on here?" He crossed his arms and waited for my reply.
I grinned in wry amusement. He was ticking me off a little with his scent of confusion and agitation. "Why, hello to you too, Ximh. Long time, no see," I said.
He stared at me, and then relaxed a little. "Ha, ha, I guess you're right," he laughed. "How've you been?"
"I don't know," I said truthfully. "Everything is so crazy around here. All I know is that Tanex is conducting experiments for a plot against the Leader, and pretty much everyone is conspiring against someone."
Ximh ran a hand through his hair. "Wow," he said. "I leave for two seconds and this place goes to hell."
I laughed softly at that. "We need to figure out what's going on. Someone who has some sense of order in this place..."
"Triskix," said Ximh as our eyes met. "I don't know where he is, though."
"Last I heard, he's in Tanex's castle," I said, tapping my nose. "Verex took me there before, so I think I can open up a portal, and then we can get some answers."
Opening up a portal, we were in the castle in seconds. "Higher up," said Ximh, "I can sense a gathering of Nobodies a few floor up from here." He led us to the nearest stairway and we started climbing.
"I hope they don't mind," I said as we grew closer. Ximh nodded in agreement, portalling us into the room.
Everyone turned to stare at us. "Awkward silence," whispered Ximh.

You can continue if you want, Ximh! Glad to be back, guys! ^_^
Despite wanting to spend time analyzing this new-found "feeling" of love, I knew we didn't have the time for that. "Pashnirix," I began
"I know," he said. I could almost hear the frown in his voice. "The issue of your orders is rather pressing, but as I stated earlier, I spoke with the leader today." He paused. "He was obviously upset with everything that had happened, but he didn't punish me. Just...yelled. A lot."
I frowned myself. "So?"
"He's distracted, Rex," he explained, pacing the room. "Something's going on."
"Um, my organization just got orders to destroy yours. I think he has a right to be distracted," I said, raising an eyebrow.
"Your organization just received orders to destroy us. He should be mobilizing every last one of us," said Pashnirix hurriedly, "not...doing whatever he is doing now. We have more than enough manpower to do enough damage to keep you at bay. We should be fighting."
I thought about this, and realized he was right. "Which means that something really is going on," I said mostly to myself, "probably some kind of deal, knowing our Leader."
We stared at each other for a moment, every single worst case scenario running through our minds simultaneously. "I guess I'm not getting any sleep tonight, either," he said, hastily stripping and changing back into his suit. He grabbed his cloak, grabbed my hand, and led me out the doorway.
As I rushed to keep up with his long strides, I asked, "Where are we going?"
"I'm going to see Xerebus," he said. "If you want to go back to your--Verex!"
As we were running down the hallway, we passed Verex, who looked worried himself, and quite preoccupied. Pashnirix held on to his arm and asked, "Verex, what the hell is going on here? Did you know that Organization Oblivion--"
"Has orders to eliminate us, yes," said Verex, frowning. He nodded towards me, and I acknowledged him. "How much do you two know about the situation?"
"Xerebus is worried, very worried about something, and I suspect it involves a deal between him and the Leader of Oblivion," answered Pashnirix.
Verex sighed. "Then you don't know the other half. Tanex rounded up the apprentices and between him and RaXi, we've got a rather impressive contingency against both Xerebus and Xraktos. Right now, we're working on an experiment using RaXi's copy technique--"
"RaXi? Where is she?" I hadn't seen her for a while, and as one of the few friends I had, I was glad to hear news of her.
"She's back at the Oblivion Tanex created, where we're researching," he said. "I just stopped back here to grab some supplies. If you want, I could take you to the castle."
I glanced at Pashnirix, who gave a quick nod of his head. "You go ahead if you want to," he said. "I'm still going to go talk to Xerebus and find out exactly what's going on."
Verex nodded. "Just follow Rexikat's signature when you want to find us," he said with a slight smirk. "I'm sure you could manage that, dragon."
Pashnirix scoffed. "Of course," he said, turning to leave.
Verex created a portal and motioned for me to go through. "Wait," Pashnirix called, just before we went through.
"Verex," he said with a nod, "you look...a little different. Happier, I think."
A small smile twitched at the corner of Verex's mouth. "I could say the same to you, Pashnirix," he said in return.
"Ah," said Pashnirix, winking at me. With a rueful grin, I snagged Verex's sleeve and pulled him through the portal.
"You and Pashnirix?" he questioned as we came out of the portal into a hallway.
"You and RaXi?" I countered, raising an eyebrow.
Verex narrowed his eyes at me, but grinned. "Touche," he said.
"You don't tell on me, and I don't tell on you," I said easily, my hand on the doorknob to the lab.
"Ah, but ignoring him doesn't work, my dear," whispered Verex as we entered the room, "I've already tried."
I stifled my giggles and greeted everyone there with a serious face. "Hey, everyone," I said, nodding. I recognized Aidex and Xyta from Pashnirix's castle, but there were a couple other apprentices there I didn't know.
"This is Rexikat, for those of you who do not know," announced Verex. "She is of Organization Oblivion and will be joining our efforts. Trust her as you do each other," he warned.
Everyone mumbled some sort of greeting, but mostly everyone seemed busy with other things. "Alright, then," I said to Verex, "just let me know where I can help out."

KitKat: Finally! A post! >.> Where are you, summer vacation and lazy days?!
Pashnirix: Somewhere lost with Rex's willingness to show "emotion". :3
Rexikat: -_- I resent that, Pashnirix.
Enjoy!
Ximh and I were in the courtyard after the meeting. I was trying to get some fresh air, to calm down before I went to see Pashnirix.
"So Rex...what do you think about this whole plan?" he asked. "Why do you think our 'Leader' always has to ...

As the leader announced his latest project, a Cypher that would lead to 'Where Nothing Fades,' I couldn't help but frown. I had heard of that place in my travels; the place where Nobodies who faded went. I tried not to think of it much after hearing about it. Something about a place where nothing that ceased to be resided gave me the chills, even if I knew I could end up there someday.
"Why?" I asked. "Why create a device that would take you to such a place?"
The Leader looked at me with an unreadable expression. "That shouldn't matter to you, Rexikat," he said with a smirk. "I'm giving you a mission that directly complies with your own wishes. Hunting down some lesser nobodies should be an easy task for you, as well as enjoyable."
I sat back in my seat and frowned. Not only had he handily escaped my question, but he'd actually made a good point. "Enjoyable to a certain degree," I muttered, refusing to let him have the last word. "Crushing bugs only amuses the cat for a few moments, until something bigger and better comes along."
"Then make a game out of it," snapped the Leader, "it doesn't matter to me how much you enjoy it, as long as you fulfill the requirements of your mission."
I sighed. I would have rather known the reason for this all, but...I could always ask RaXi or Triskix later. "Very well," I complied. "But I go solo."
"Fine," growled the Leader, "let Triskix organize the whole thing when he comes to. As long as you all fulfill your missions--"
"--you really could care less what happens, we get it," cut in RaXi. "It's always about following orders, isn't it."
The Leader glared at her, and she glared right back, but in the end, he simply looked away. "Does anyone else have any questions?" he asked.
I had said what I needed to; the rest was all action. I sat and waited for someone else to speak.
Back at the Castle, I sat in the quiet of my room, musing. I knew Pashnirix wouldn't have given me up that easily, and part of me was glad he put up a fight, even if it was against RaXi. But after acknowledging him as my mate...I was actually looking forward to spending some time with him.
I flopped back onto my rarely used bed, blowing out a sigh. "What's this, Tigress? Getting soft? What happened to solitary Rex, who didn't give a damn about anyone or anything?" I asked myself. I was changing, and I didn't know if it was for better or worse. Maybe this was what Pashnirix was trying to teach me...
I must have drifted off to sleep, because the next thing I knew, a Dancer Nobody was tapping me lightly on the face. "Wha--what?" I grabbed at the thing's hand, halting its movement.
A meeting for the Elite, it told me, Leader's orders.
I sighed, rubbing my forehead. Not another one of these... "Alright," I said. "I'll be there in a minute."
The Dancer left, and I was alone again. I wondered briefly if the Leader knew everything between me and Pashnirix, and if I would be receiving punishment for anything that went on. Hopefully, RaXi would uphold her end of our deal, though I didn't worry much about that. RaXi hated the Leader as much as I, and wouldn't hesitate to defy him if she could easily get away with it.
Creating a portal, I went to the Room Where Nothing Gathers, taking my seat gracefully. I was the first one there, and it was only me and the Leader in the room.
"Rexikat," he said.
"Leader," I said in reply, a polite half-smile gracing my lips.
We were silent for a few more moments, until he said, "I hope you aren't too tired from your little kidnapping to stay attentive during this meeting."
I shook my head. "Hah, takes more than a measly kidnapping to get me down," I said. My instinct were starting to tingle; my ears twitched and my eyes narrowed. It felt like he was toying with me.
The Leader nodded. "Yes. But I must ask: one of your power, why did you not escape at the first opportunity?"
I growled. "Unfortunately, the Dragon was able to use a spell preventing me from leaving the world unless he willed it," I said, hoping I seemed suitably angry. "I was working my escape when RaXi arrived, thankfully."
The Leader nodded. "I see, I see," he murmured, before falling silent again. I watched him carefully as we waited for the others to arrive.

(Pashnirix's POV)
He left his castle and returned to the Citadel, heaving a sigh of distress as he arrived in his room. So many people had breached his private world...Pashnirix was considering when he'd have the time to reinforce the high level cloaking spells he'd constructed himself.
And Rexikat...his number one treasure, taken from him, just as she had promised herself as his mate. Pashnirix grabbed a gold-encrusted dagger from his nightstand and threw it at the wall in frustration. He could feel his dragonish elements starting to show themselves; he longed for nothing more than to tear apart everyone responsible for him now being apart from his mate.
Unable to resist the urge, he pulled into his element and swished his tail across the room, knocking over his nightstand and cracking one of the posts of his bed. He smashed a fist into his mirror with a savage growl, delighting in the way the glass shattered. He raked his claws down the walls, tearing through the plaster and wood right to the stone foundation. Pashnirix tore into his bedsheets, reducing them to nothing more than tattered rags.
Heaving for breath in anger, he wished he were a dragon of the fire-breathing variety, if for no other reason than to cause even more destruction. Instead, he opted for destroying the glass of his window and soaring out into the night sky, powerful wings carrying him higher and higher. Higher, away from all the intrusions, where he would be alone, for once.
He alighted atop one of the towers, curling his wings around himself and holding onto the roof with his clawed hands. His hair had come loose, the black ribbon that usually held it back long lost, and the pale blue strands fluttered around his face and body. He gasped and held a hand to his chest, where his heart would be, feeling a phantom pain where the organ should have been. In a desperate attempt to get rid of the feeling, Pashnirix tilted his face to the sky, letting lose a frantic roar.
As he let his face drop, he didn't notice the tears until they were flowing fast down his face. "I just...I just wanted..." he whispered brokenly. "I just wanted..."
Standing unnoticed behind him, Marlex watched the broken dragon. "Pashnirix," he said in a low, hesitant voice.
The Dragon whipped around, ready to absolutely obliterate whoever dared disturb him now, even more ready so when he saw it was Marlex. The pink-haired Nobody to a precautionary step back as Pashnirix snarled at him.
"The Leader requires your presence," Marlex muttered quickly, hazarding a glance at the dragon's eyes. They were filled with fury and anguish, a combination of emotion Marlex had never seen in the man's eyes.
Pashnirix didn't say a word as he gracefully dove off the tower, and Marlex didn't bother following him to make sure he went to the Leader.
