You have a wonderful idea going on here! ^_^ I would like to participate, if that’s okay. I'm not a good graphics person, but I still think it sounds like fun.

As for the deadlines, I agree with you about waiting to the end of November to stop adding people. That way everyone will have most of December to make their gift. As for submitting the gift, I have no idea. ^^; Maybe like a week before Christmas? A lot of people start traveling when it gets closer to Christmas, and may not have access to a computer. Not me, or anything, it’s just I’m sure there are people here who that applies to. Not to mention Christmas dinner, family tiem, and 0pening presents. I would love to do it on Christmas Eve, but I’m not sure how that would work. ;__;

I agree with Angel Zakuro on most of this. I think the end of November is a good deadline for signing up (I might actually know if I can participate by then) and I can almost guarantee I'd need two weeks or so to do anything decent. Also, I think it would be a good Idea to have people post Christmas Eve through Christmas Day. That way it gives people some flexibility.

...and I just realized I should start thinking about what I'm going to give my family for Christmas. Joy.

As for deadlines...well...to sign up, I think that's good. Maybe the cut off is december 1, but if you don't have an even number, then you can try and recruit another person then. As for the gifts...well, when will you assign our people? I think some of us might need a good 2 weeks to make things. :/ So yeah. And can we submit our gifts ahead of time? On X-mas eve, I'm not busy, but most of Christmas day I spend opening gifts and things like that...so can we submit our gifts when we can? ^^; I'm not sure how this will work. XD
