WHAT?! Of course that they should have informed you about that. That's not normal, what kind of system at that college is anyway. I know that you are really upset, but there is still hope that you will get better schedule... If not, then it comes to you. You can wait, but it is all your choice.

They should have informed you about it, honestly. And I can't blame you for not wanting to go to college if you have a bad schedule. You're only 16 (though you will be 17 in July~~), you have PLENTY of time to worry about college. I mean, I won't be graduating HIGH SCHOOL until I'm 19. Let alone worry about college any sooner than that.
I'd take this month (since you have to wait until May) and just relax and enjoy yourself~
