w3school.com is a nice one although I also did not understand anything. Probably because during those times, I was desperately racing against time.
But if you just focus, I'm pretty sure w3schools will be simple for you. I just suggest you visit the sites that I PMed you first.
Well, I know that its too much of help... I'm so sorry if I can't be so reliable... Hopefully you'd find some nice tutorials...

I'd like to teach you, but I'm bad at explaining this!
I still have my basic papers about it. I don't mind finding and scanning them for you. Although its really basic... -_-
Online tutorials oftentimes suck. But I know a few sites where I found some nice ones. I guess they;d be much better than those papers of mine! xD

Yes, I did learn HTML although I'm only in the basic. We haven't get the chance to try out designing a page. Besides, it makes me go crazy! XD
