Sorry, I can't really see for that dog there.. I have seen many, but I never memorize which species they are.
Still, it seems that Angel is quite good with them. ^_^

Awwwwwwwwww. THAT DOG. Awwwwwwwwwwwwww. I have a few possibilities...but it's most likely a Bichon frise puppy. They're hair isn't as poofy when they're puppies. OR. It could be a mix between a bichon and something else like a shih-tzu. It's not a Westie cause the ears aren't pointed. So yeah, those are my guesses. >3< SO CUTE.
