Oh gosh what a tough schedule! Especially Thursday... *pats*
I've experienced being light headed from not eating. I often don't eat breakfast, but when I work I don't get lunch until after 3:30... I started eating porridge for breakfast as it is filling and releases energy slowly. Also, as it is approaching winter is is comforting to have something warm. I don't like to eat breakfast, i'd rather sleep for an extra ten minutes XD but I know that if I don't then I feel ill. I think I have problems with my blood sugar levels anyway...
Make sure that you drink plenty too, especially if it is hot. I'm sorry you are not feeling well :[ make sure you tell someone about your symptoms. It could just be down to stress, after all you do work hard and if you don't sleep well then that only makes matters worse. Is there a college nurse? I know some places have them. If this has been happening for some time then I think you should let your parents know.
You should at least go and see a doctor, girl...! I hope it's not too bad, though, but maybe you should just rest a little...
You know, since I'm in college, I eat way less than I use to during high school. And, of course, it's not healthy but our bodies can be used to that. And there's stress, that doesn't help to eat too... Sometimes, our problems with school and family have consequences on us. Maybe it's just that? If so, try to relax a little :)
Then, this week, we were talking with my mom about sickness and stuff, because almost everyone seems to feel not okay at all, recently. We have that theory that is: Japan latest nuclear events. It may actually sound stupid but we may feel the effects of what happened in march in Japan just now... But, let's not worry that much >_<
Anyhow, take care of you and don't forget to get some rest, okay? :)
I've experienced the similar thing too. Most days when I stand up from sitting or lying, I feel dizzy. I don't know if it's low blood pressure, or something else.
If you're not sure what is causing them, then it is best to see a doctor. You better tell your parents about your illness because sooner or later, they will know right? They can at least take care of you.
Sleep a lot, you need 9-10 hours of sleep each night. Go to bed when you feel tired and stick to a routine of getting up at the same time every day.
Oh dear, cookies and biscuits are not enough. Isn't there a cafeteria in your university? You definitely should eat more food, drink a lot of water and some milk.
Take care of yourself, hope you begin to feel better soon.

Wait... how does it help the students if you have a day where you can't eat anything heavy? o_O; If you're used to eating, then stop, yeah, that's gonna cause pains.
Ulcers.
Ulcers are something a friend of mine has rather frequently. Basically, the lining of your stomach gets really really thin and then the acids in your stomach start to eat away at the stomach wall. This could be because of a few different things. If you take a lot of pain-meds, or it could be an infection. You won't know unless you actually go see your doctor. But, a gnawing or burning pain in the abdomen can be a symptom as well as bloating or nausea.
The lightheaded feeling, headaches, and dizziness could be a reaction to under-eating. If you don't eat a lot at school, it's okay to eat more at home. It's not going to affect your weight much, if at all. Your body needs nutrients and if you deny it the things it needs, it'll only make you feel worse.
I hope things get better, hon. :( I know what it's like to feel sick and not know why. It's scary and no fun.
You should really talk to your parents about it.
You know what, screw the rules there!! You have health problems and they might be multiple here that you mentioned. Also first things first, I think that you should not worry about ulcer. There are numerous other illnesses that could be affected by those syndromes. I myself had terrible stomach problems so I know how it goes..
Now what I wanted to say is that you are low on energy supplies in your body. It could be multiple or just some singular types of energy reserves, from some proteins, to amino-acids (these ones are the hardest to get in body and require lot of attention).
You MUST eat regularly and healthy. Eat and eat. Don't eat then skip a meal, that is wrong. You will run out of energy and all those syndromes that you mentioned can be cause of that.
Also never stress about anything! Stress can lead to higher concetration of HCL in your stomach which then can lead to really bad illnesses.
And lastly, you need to get your sleep. Regular sleep on regular time. Sleep makes your organs to work on just half capacity meaning that they regain energy.
I hope that everything will be alright for you, I really do... But if it starts getting worse, don't even think about not tell your parents about it. Better to stop it sooner then to make worse later.
we can bring sandwiches, but no meat (or meat that has a scent or else it will make everyone hungry). its most likely that we bring sandwiches that has mayonnaise as filling with it (of course, its still not enough).
it's not a burning sensation. actually, i thought this was because of my period (i have right now). but its usually on the abdomen. this one is not. it's like in the innermost part of my stomach. it hurts even if i eat. :'(
maybe my stomach was "shocked" or something because i eat lightly then at home, i eat a lot suddenly. hopefully, its not ulcer. a lot of people in my college has that.
i'm not dizzy anymore but it happens unexpectedly... thanks for the concern :') *hugs*
