Congratulations, I only have CS3 I think. But I'm pretty comfortable with using that version (plus I'd need a more advanced computer for something beyond CS3).
If I remember correctly, only one CS is allowed. I'm not sure if it will upgrade or it will say it will not be installed because you have CS4. If you'd like to have both versions, I suggest you download the portable one. Some features may not be functioning as the full ones but they're very handy. My PS is just portable too.

You will download the Photoshop from Adobe itself and install it as trial. And then there will be magic done by the additional file mentioned in the posts ;)

Why not, that sounds very tempting, even though I'm cool with CS4^^
