Wow I really REALLY enjoy reading this.
Hmmm I usually seek water to help me rejuvenating. I let myself drenched to the skin under the rain or if it's sunny, the shower LOL and I drink a LOT. It's so far my most effective calming therapy

That was a sweet post ^^ it is nice to read things with some meaning now and then. I find music lifts my mood. Also praying, I find that helps when I feel hopeless, or confused.
