we are past the stage of hating each other and fighting all the time. now we just ignore each other completely. well, it's ok. i always say that just cause we share the same blood it doesn't mean we have to like each other, you can only choose your friends.

Happy Birthday to your brother, i hope he enjoys it! I don't know how much 500 pesos are(i work with euro & dollars) but at least you have a good reletionship with your big brother. i have a brother two years older than me and since we were kids we hated each other in more than one ways. i always wanted a nice, responsible big brother, but i got him instead.
