I sort of understand what you're saying and it makes sense. I'm not sure how this is going to work out yet. Probably will use your suggestion and upload a public file somewhere (not Photobucket,too unreliable for this means) and have it be an ongoing/inprogress project as you're suggesting.
I've added you to the list. I am in DESPERATE need of help in regards to organizing this thing because it's hard for me to be 100 percent on top of it as I am currently busy with looking for a job, working at my current job, etc.

I think it would make sense to have a list of participants and then when one person submits their part they tag the next person and so on. With the graphic worm example people had to incorporate a little of the previous design into their own section so that it flowed smoothly.

So for this to work perhaps what we need is for the worm in progress to be saved on a photo bucket account or similar so each person can add their work to it, save it as a complete image and then pass it on. So they could either save to their own PB etc or email it to you?

So with your example here, whoever goes next will take that image and incorporate the blue and red theme into the start of their section of the image? So only on the left edge if you see what I mean, ^^

Yes....everybody did their own background. That is what I was trying to get at in my post.

In the example you gave (this one X) I got the feeling every person did their own part, including the background. Which is why I thought we would be given an order in which we go, so when the person before us finishes their we know what we need to match to (and I thought that was the challenge). But of course you are the one who decides how it goes, and this way would make it a lot easier for participants too. Not to be missunderstood, any way you decide to run it is cool :) And of course that even if it was done one way before you can always change it. But not making everyone's background could be easier for you haha

The order is yet to be determined. I supposed it will go in the order of who's parts I receive first. I decided to do my part first so I could show others kind of an exampleish thing?

My question is, who goes first? Or is it just in order of sign up?
