Yup. Those. But it takes like forever for a roach to die, so if you're handling the paper, it'll most likely be flailing and struggling, but still stuck. Then you could laugh at it and stab it with stuff.

Hm. My best advice would be to use something semi-big and semi-heavy. Take an old pair of shoes you never wear and crush it. You could take Dei's advice about beheading it too. You can use an item as a wedge to sever the head. I just wouldn't throw its body in the trashcan...

Actually it was crunchy... kinda felt like little plates of fingernails, but very smooth and somewhat thinner

Just.. get a shoe... or use a napkin or tissue... crush it... adn throw it in the toilet and flush it about 5 times. It's what I did when I dealt with roaches. There aren't any where I live, but still... bad memories... *Shivers*
I've always hated roaches, ever since one of them ran over my bare foot when I was 8. Never had I screamed so loudly.
