Oh wow, the pink slip you were talking about kinda reminds me of my days back when I was in primary school. There was this strict teacher we had, when we were 12, and whenever we didn't hand in our homework, or forgot to bring anything, she would have this form for our parents to sign. If we got it three times, it would go into our record or something. It was so scary, but the teacher was rather nice though. Ok on to your questions:

Hmmm, I'd have to say ice cream maybe. =3
2. Do you like sundaes?
Yeah, sure I do. Especially the chocolate fudge! Mmmm.... =)

Hmm.. I guess action, shounen, thrillers, fantasy and stuff like that? XD
