Thanks for telling me about it, I'll be able to avoid it xD I feel like they're just lazy when it comes to censoring, lately. I also watched Kuroshitsuji this season and it came to one of the character having his hand cut off and BOOM black screen covering half the screen. Why? :'(
I read it quickly once I was hooked, I was quite surprised. The manga offers way more character development and develops also the relationship between Touka and Kaneki a lot more. Kaneki himself is less... hesitant than in the anime, he takes decisions instead of having them forced on him like it happens regularly in the anime. ALSO NO CENSORING. *coughs* I wonder if the mangaka wants to make a sequel in the same universe, that would explain the sudden ending I suppose.
I don't mind censoring, but this one is really bad sometimes and makes you imagine worse things than what is really happening :D I'm waiting for the DVD release to watch it again... or maybe I'll forget.
The manga itself is really good, though, so yeah, go for it and read it! :3
From what I could see it is somehow censor-ish.. Maybe a certain DVD or Blue-Ray release will remove that, since they are able to preserve the age ratings on the TV with the initial way.
Either way it seems interesting from what I could read and understand, especially for a manga reading.
Yes you do, I enjoy reading them :)
I watched it on a whim, so I didn't know the overall story. It kind of surprised me on the turn it took. I like the plot, because I think it's different, though I'm only on episode 3...or 4 xD School gets in the way of my anime watching!!! >O<
Waaah cool! I think I missed some of your review posts :D
I started watching it, but I have yet to start reading it. I want to start reading it soon though, now especially with your review! Thanks for posting!
