It just came to me because hearing how trubish was made from chemicals in garbage (don't ask how I didn't notice till now) I saw remembered that some freak accident occurred with making a new pokeball I believe.
Hmm... Now that I think about it, you may be right.
I'll have to go back and double check the old Pokedex entries.
just a thought I had wasn't voltorb created my an accident caused by humans too
