I do admit I picked a rather slow Metroid theme to compare it against, but Flaaghra was the first thing I thought of when I heard that silent section in Ghetsis's theme.
I still feel bad about missing, and about not being on with SoulSilver as often...I need to fix that >//<

First of all, don't feel too bad about missing a week. I know starting college can be stressful, believe me.
But yeah, this certainly is the most unique piece of music from the Pokemon games I've ever heard. It does actually sound like that Metroid theme, though I think the Ghetsis theme has more energy to it. I mean it's a rather intimidating theme. The little choir they have in there is a nice touch. And I do agree that the BW2 remix isn't as good as the original. The BW2 version doesn't have that same edge.
