Yeah, that was that Arceus given out for that one move. It was like at level 100 and knew special moves.

well no i don't think it was but that three lv 1 dialga palkia and giratina was the only arceus event i saw

I don't think a lot of people have. As I recall, the Azure Flute event was never released.
