After seeing all four parts and reading your review, I agree with pretty much everything, the only exception being that the Giovanni from Origins is much better than the original version of Giovanni.
I only got to watch up to part 3 tonight... but my comments are as follows:

Team Rocket did NOT just THROW A MAN DOWN THE STAIRS!!!
Cubone’s mommy… that is the coolest and saddest thing I have ever seen.
One of those jewels was for Charizard’s X Mega Evolution, right? The other one, the smaller one, looked like the little DNA symbol from the Japanese covers of X and Y.
