Totally. You're thinking, "How to word this by making it so that it is most understandable and grammatically correct?" and your brain responds, "Lol idk. Omgwtfbbq?" And you find yourself Googling "Synonyms for [word]", and when you find them you realize you could have easily thought up said synonyms if it was not for the writer's block.
Flarg writer's block can go die D8< I hate it. <_< Especially when you are trying to write something and then ya just stop and you're like... " ._. oh dang what to write..."
