Well, I did take a CAD class, so I could see some of the layout in my mind, but I never designed rooms, really.
As I see it, though, we all know from a previous post that the girls' dorms are on the left side (West Wing) and boys' are on the right (East Wing). Which would mean the back of the mansion is facing North and the main entrance faces South. I mentioned a laundry room, so I kinda figure that's somewhere on the first floor off in the right section of the house... but since it's a mansion, it might make more sense if we had two large laundry rooms, one on each side... I remember hearing about a music room, so I think thigns like that would be on the third floor... Oh! and I imagined the meeting hall to be off on the left side of the first floor and the kitchen and dining room to be on the right of the same floor. X3;;
Actually, I've never really looked into mansions too much, so the PGR mansion looks more like a fancy school in my mind XD If that was too confusing, I'm sorry, I was just stating things as they popped into my head XD
I was thinking from the beginning about a lobby and living room goin fromt the front of the mansion to the back. In the living room i was thinking about a large round fire place with like counters around it. A bridge going from the girls dorm to the boys doom over the living room with stairs leading up to it from the front door. A patio in the back. A pool somewhere. A dining hall and thats my ideas. take as many as you want. :)
