Yeah, I just sold my books today and for books that altogether cost around $220 I got $25, but like I said it's better than nothing and again the people at the bookstore said that's a good attitude to have because there's so many books that won't get anything. But still... :| Well, I bought some whoppers with it.
With the price drops of the PS3 and the 360 (both $299) it's definitely not a strain on your wallet as before. But, and I'm saying this not as a fanboy but as a matter of fact Game Informer, IGN and Joystiq all agree with me that for the money the PS3 is the better buy. Why? The 360s hardware is inferior to the Playstation's again, I'm actually not being a fanboy the statistics prove it, the 360 breaks down too much and too often and with the PS3, and Wii as well, it's rare to break down. Plus playing online is free on the Playstation, granted the Xbox online experience is superior but still free and it's not terrible.
Awesome. I'm glad you got it so soon! ^_^ And that it's really fun. <3 Hooray~
Oh jeez. Selling back books is a pain...out of the *thinks* 5(?) books I bought last semester, they only took back 2. It was pretty much a ripoff, and of course you only get like a third of the original price. ~__~' This semester is rough. I think I've spent over $400 on books, and most of them I KNOW I can't return. *sigh* Ugh. I hope you get some good money for yours. Enjoy your last week of summer! [Right? Or do you have another off?]
Wait, you submitted drawings? Err, I think I commented or viewed them...or didn't I? D: Which ones?? ;__; I've been busy already with school. *sigh*

Book buybacks is a good thing, but also, just a fraction of what you paid. Oh well, like you said, something is better than nothing.
I wish we could get Batman, my son wants it so much. I don't have the systems to play it on though.
