The requirements for promotion were just now put up on the otaku.com faq world go check it. As for the guy he's a pro wrestling legend who went by: Baron Von Rashke
Oh oh! The guy's outfit reminds me of the lady's outfit from Kill Bill only his is red and hers was yellow. WHAT!?! Fer cerealsly? That's great! *shoot confetti* Wooh! Yay for senior otaku! DAMN! I'm still an otakuite though. Whatever. Otakuite is fine with me. I probably need a certain amount of pictures or something and/or they wanna know my age or something else.
