It is annoying. I've also been researching about what happened to me after the workout and everything... and boy they don't even know how to train! I'm glad they won't train with me anymore now. I wish I could talk them out of the way they're training too. They think they're like pros or some crap.

It sounds like things have been quite interesting as of late, its good to hear that you managed to get everything cleared up though, thats for sure.
