I can relate, he was a wonderful entertainer and the world is missing a great person. It's sad that he passed but as long as we love the work he left behind he will still entertain the generations

I know where you're coming from. I don't know his music so much as his movies. The Labyrinth is one of my absolute favorite movies and always has been. It feels strange knowing he's past away. I was rather surprised when I found out. I wish I could have met him. In any case, I'm glad he isn't suffering anymore. Cancer isn't easy on the body...

I would love to get into his music though. I may just listen to more of it now other than my soundtrack

I'm not super familiar with his music, so I can't say I'm a fan. I do know someone who feels somewhat like you do. It is a sad loss, but at lest he was able to finish his last album.

The freaky thing is that I was discussing him with several people just days before his death.
