Omigosh, they just got Cowboy Bebop on Crunchyroll and I'm kinda mad because I just bought the dvd set a few months ago and if I had just waited I coulda watched it for free. Oh well :)

Stuff on CR that I enjoyed/am enjoying:

• Magi (I'm so close to completing it! It's basically Arabian Nights gone anime.)
• Sailor Moon Crystal (I'm almost caught up. I know the first two arcs have been trash-talked to death, but I don't think they're all that bad. I'm really enjoying the third arc, despite the inconsistency in style with the other two.)
• Puella Magi Madoka Magica (More magical girls? Actually, this is more like tragical girls-- a slightly darker take on the genre.)
• Cardcaptor Sakura (Man, I really have been on a magical girl kick. This one is kind of a feel-good series. Unfortunately, you have to have a premium membership to get past the first 6 episodes.)
• No. 6 (It's kind of a dystopian fantasy thing. The ending may be ridiculous, but it's a quick watch with lovely art.)
• Kill la Kill (Despite the racy material and bucketloads of blood, I grew to like the characters quite a bit. I admit, it's not for everyone, and even I was skeptical at first, but by the fourth episode, I was getting into it.)
• Our Home's Fox Deity (There's not much overarching plot to this one, but I think it's cute. Basically under some weird circumstances, a shape-shifting fox and a shrine maiden have to move in with these two boys and their dad. It's a more obscure anime, probably because it's SO Japanese. Oh yeah, and there's an arc involving oni disguised as the clergy of a church.)

RWBY (not really an "anime" but still worth a watch. Absolutely great show)

Owari no Seraph (has about 24 episodes so far anime wise)

Kaleido Star (52 episodes/2 seasons, well worth a watch)

Sailor Moon (If you want a shorter series, go with Crystal. It has about 36+ episodes)

Those are just a few I think you might enjoy. Hopefully at least one of these will be of use to you.
