You could try messaging the other person about it, and if they don't reply you could report the reversed image. :T that's what I would do.
Edit: Looking through some of Emarine's descriptions and comments, it seems like they commissioned drsmolev for the drawing. o: You could always message drsmolev to confirm, though.

Yes, I thought this was odd, too, but it looks like smolev is credited in Emarine's.
