Imagine it was dark magician girl playing Lunalights and got all three of the fusions plus one or two of the main deck lunalights out. That'd be a otk for him...in more ways than one. XD
The Amorphactor part of it is 15 cards and I can swap it out for the blue eyes engine without much difficulty due tot eh fact that they all revolve round level 8 monsters and ritual summoning.
Mind you I want to build a spell book dark magician deck if only to see the hilarity on their face when a dark magician girl beating over the opponent's big beefy monster and otking them.
Want to know the funny thing about my bls anti meta deck? I can very easily swap out the cards for my amorhphactor part with the blue eyes engine and catch the opponent by surprise.
Those Spellbook cards never did much for me either.
Anyway, I wouldn't be surprised if Burning Abyss decks started using the one Ritual Monster they have for. One of the nice things about these new rules is that Ritual Monsters could be seeing something of a major comeback.
Ah...I guess magi magi is basically and older sexier in leather version of dark magician girl who is already a pretty "popular" card. Editing that would be in bad taste cause the art itself is rather pretty,

Is it just me that is a little miffed that the cog hasn't imported among other things the two crystal beast pendulums(some part of me wants to see a fanfic where pendulums ended up in gx and the guy who plays crystal beasts has these) and magi magi magician gal. The latter is basically a waking monster reborn to usssom from your opponent's grave.
apparently there's a new master rule for summoning from the extra deck for things like mask change, tzolkin, Bahamut shark, the like. It even counts for ranking up.
I've heard talk that it might, so I wouldn't be surprised. Of course the Speedroid archetype itself is going to take a big hit anyway once the VRAINS era rules come into play.
Out of curiosity I went through the receipts for my online card purchases, and it turns out I've spent a little over $80.00 on building my Speedroid deck over this past year. Of course that doesn't include the shipping and handling costs, not to mention all the cash I spent on random booster packs just to get a shot at some of the cards I thought I'd need.
Probably because nobody plays the card. The archetype has a steep enough learning curb, a ritual cardless ritual monster wouldn't help much.
It would not surprise me if my idea for the hybrid bls deck would cost roughly under 150 bucks total considering the only really expensive card would maybe be terraforming and bls eb.

It's 8 cents on tgc player has a pretty useful effect and can very easily be put into a bls ritual deck cause you can pitch bls super soldier for the Amorphactor and ritual summon bls from the grave via super soldier origin or however it is called in the tgc. Plus both monsters are earth so if need be you can earth chant either or.
Oh yeah, now I remember that card. It's hard to forget a Ritual Monster that's summoned with a Field Spell. I just couldn't remember the name of it off the top of my head.
It's the one ritual monster that doesn't have a corresponding ritual card to summon it without something like earth chant or advanced ritual art. It uses the field spell amorphous persona I believe the field spell is, graveyard effect to summon it. It negates pendulum, xyz, fusion, and synchro monsters effects basically a walking skill drain for extra deck summons. Also it makes the opponent skip their next main phase when it is ritual summoned. It is an earth monster with 8 stars....bls super soldier is 8 stars and can be summoned from the grave....do you see where this is going? Also the archetype it belongs to the the amorphage archetype, the pendulum earth dragons born from body horroring a bunch of animals.
To be perfectly honest twilightsworn reminds me of bls in terms of how they banish as they banish from the grave and rely on both light and dark.
Oh how I would love to see yuri v jaden/judai (still don't know which name I prefer) and syrus just being him would make anyone laugh.
I found a surprisingly effective combo and anti-meta version of bls ritual....tell me have you heard of the card Amorphactor pain the imagination dracoverlord?

Yeah, I took another quick look at the Twilightsworn monsters earlier, and they do seem to banish a lot more cards. Meanwhile the regular Lightsworns simply send cards from the deck to the Graveyard. There could be some interesting strategies to this.
And yeah, Syrus's reaction to the Lunalight monsters would be interesting, to say the least. I also would've liked to see a duel between Jaden and Yuri.
Considering that "into the VOID" is applicable for some of the inferniod spells and traps and it is completely unrelated otherwise and the fact that it is twiLIGHTSWORN, yeah... Plus on the wiki the twilightsworn paladin supports the lightsworn archetype.
The reason is that envoy of chaos acts like a better kalut raising a bls or gaia the feirce knight monster by 1500 but also forces the opponent's monster into it's original attack....kinda scary but it makes sence.
Think twilightsworn will have their own bls eb thing?
Last edited by Creshendeath at 8:03:41 AM EST on February 23, 2017.
Good idea. Also why is envoy of chaos both so friggin adorable and so useful at the same time. It's basically anti-honest and honest derivatives.
Also twilightsworn, the name makes me cringe, not only for it adding onto mill.dek it also makes me think of a cult of people worshiping the twilight books and movies and going on crusades against jojo's bizzare adventure and other animes for some reason.
Got any idea for a kaiju hybrid? I made a kaiju relinquished and need some ideas. Pure Jaimie are just not all that good, put em in with something and there you got something good.
Wait there are folks who use the rank up magic card? I just used 95 and full armor's inherent ability to be summoned via xyz galaxy-eyes card in my blue-eyes de grand deck with photon tech.
First part of your question, not sure. Second part, the new rule about the monster zones may not affect Cipher Dragon's ability to take control of Extra Deck monsters and use the Xyz Monsters as material for a Rank-Up-Magic card. It's probably like how Extra Deck monsters can be summoned to the Main Monster Zone if it's summoned from the Graveyard. Of course I could be totally wrong about that.
Oh, and just to circle back to that honeycomb-themed Link Monster, Honeybot, I double-checked and it turns out she can prevent the monsters in her Linked Zones from being destroyed in battle as well as by card effect. So yeah, you could potentially do a pretty good lock with two copies of that monster.
It probably would....quick question why is bls eb still at one when things like the lightning are still at three and easy as pie to summon. And how do you think the link zones will affect cypher dragon's bring it over to my side and the little combo you can do with it and rank up an xyz monster nicked by cipher.
Well the monster type is Cybers with an S at the end. They're based more on digital life forms rather than machines. But yeah, I've heard of that honey comb monster you're talking about. It's going to be in the 2017 Starter Deck along with Decode Talker. Her effect is actually pretty good. If I remember right, she prevents the monsters in her Link Zones from being destroyed by card effects. Now if you linked two copies of that card together, that could be a pretty good lock combo.
Apparently decode talker has some sort of parnering up link monster named after a honey comb, it can reach to the places that decode talker itself can't reach and seems to complement the cyber style...imagine if cyber dragon had a sort of cyber sub series that are actual cyber type. I mean cyber is in the name.
Yeah, Yuri is just a total psycho. I once had plans for writing an ARC-V fanfic centering on Yuri and Serena, but I just can't write Yuri as a protagonist.
I remember seeing in a manga panel somewhere but not during the story bit, maybe it was in one of those one off things I can't remember the name of.
Also manga yuri somehow creeps me out more. I mean in the anime he's just psycho but in the manga he's a good guy kinda but I can't help but feel...worried.
It can't be the main ARC-V manga, because I'm somewhat familiar with the chapters in that series that have been published so far. In the main manga, Yuya shares a body with Yuri, Yugo and Yuto.
That doesn't surprise me. Of course a lot of the Odd-Eyes variants like Odd-Eyes Vortex Dragon and Odd-Eyes Gravity Dragon haven't appeared in the anime.
I can only hope for the best, oh and apparently odd-eyes has the second most variants in terms of cards for the yugioh protagonists. Second only to neos but neos only has fusion while odd-eyes has every extra deck summon save for link summon.
That's cool. As for me, maybe I'll try building a deck full of those new Cybers-Type monsters. I could start by getting that 2017 Starter Deck when it finally comes out in the U.S. and go from there. I'm sure that kind of deck will end up getting loads of support since the Cybers-Type is going to be used by the main protagonist of VRAINS.

I'd have to summon at least three Link Monsters first, and even then I'd only even be able to summon two Synchro Monsters to the field at the most.
Is it odd that I both adore and despise the new link summoning thing? On one handnit slows the game down and well the design of decode talker is rather nice, on the other link summoning itself just kind of feels like konami using the emergency break when just hitting the break peddal will do due to needing link summoning to access more than one extra deck monster at a time without using graveyard shennagins.
