I can totally understand that...if you're not enjoying the volunteer work because you're so stressed out on top of everything else your life if throwing at you, it's not worth it. You tried and you should be proud of that but I think it was definitely wise of you to take your name off the list. Sometimes, "me" has to come first...no matter how selfish that sounds.XD XD

Yeah, seriously, I wouldn't volunteer for that sort of thing either if I were already busy with my own work. Good move in taking yourself off the list.
Very healthy decision, I must say. Enjoy your time off and be sure to spend at least one entire day without leaving the house. It can be quite refreshing. ^.^

Really, the work of teachers who slack off should not be foisted onto others. It's like a group project where only a couple of people do the actual work. We're talking about teachers, they need to hold themselves to a higher standard than lazy students.
