Yeah, I've felt that sometimes that could be the case... but I do vow that one of these days when I host a contest, I will not judge on who's my best buddy, but the actual QUALITY of the picture.

yesh, I've seen that before. I once got first in a contest, and I really think that the person who got fifth should've gotten first cuz their entry had a bunch of detail and really nice coloring.

it's really unfair to some people. :( and it makes me feel bad and guity sometimes. DDX

but uh yea,I agree with you, ppl should judge the winner on who did the best or which matched the point of the contest the most instead of if you're a big fan of their art or if thei you're friend

I think that happens in some of the contests that I've been in. I'll do my best judging the pics for my contest. It's going to be really hard though.

Yeah, sometimes it seems that way to me too. I guess all you can do is hope that the person holding the contest will be fair and judge the entries according to who did the best, not who their friends are. ^_^

actually there was no photoshop invovled. sum contests dont even allow photoshop in their contests. its just that i thought i did a little better than the others(no offensise to them) and i got last!DX

i agree that's really unfait and also for contest they chose something edited on the computer D:
not like colored with the computer i forgot the name D:
BUT that's really unfair to ppl who can't get photoshop or don't know how to use it D:
but i agree with ya if i had a contest i will do it fairly :D
