ok... i NEED to know how to decrease the size of a picture... i tried to do it myself but... all i saw was a bunch of numbers and i had NO idea what i was doing... i am completely hopeless... this confuses me more than... more than... more than noodles!!! and everytime i try and do something... my computer just gets more confusing.... O_O... i hope i didnt mess anything up... (who am i kidding its WAY too late for that >_<)
