I just have no idea which one to use that's the problem. I've read and seen so many manga and anime that I don't know which one to use. The one I am currently thinking of using is Toradora. But I'm not sure if I should.
Alright, I'll admit it. I became a huge Atlus fan because of Catherine. But I've never played any of the Persona games even though I really want to. And I've also wanted to try Shin Megami Tensei. Although there have been some games published by them I was disappointed in. Namco Bandai recently put out Ni No Kuni (which is an amazing game).
Some JRPG's can be pretty rare, and Tales is one of them. It's popularity is slowly increasing here too with the new announcements and releases, which is going to make them even harder to find, which is another problem that needs to be addressed to Namco Bandai, but I think they're aware of it.
Tales of Vesperia is a really good "Tales of" game! The recent battle systems stem from it and are basically improvisations, which is completely intentional because they want to retain that feel and not take away from it. I have never been disappointed with anything upon playing Tales games because the series sticks to its own traditions throughout and you can really see how unique it is, especially if you play the later games~
I HATE going into a game store without money! It's like someone putting chocolate in front of you and saying "You can touch and do whatever you want with it, BUT YOU CANNOT EAT IT." LIKE NO. HOW DO YOU PUT THAT IN FRONT OF ME AND EXPECT IT NOT TO BE EATEN? ;A;

I've always wanted to check out Catherine! I've played a game series called Persona, that's developed by the same company, Atlus. I've seen previews of it, and it looks rather interesting, despite the "sexy scenes", which I don't mind, lol. Puzzle platformers are really fun and I enjoy them!
I've wanted to play the Tales of games for the longest time. But I can't find them anywhere, and I literally mean everywhere! The only Tales of game I've ever managed to find is Tales of Vesperia. But that's when I'm just looking through the store with no money. And it's always expensive! I guess that's kind of a disadvantage of liking JRPG's. You can never find them anywhere!! The only JRPG I really own is Catherine (don't know if that actually counts as a JRPG). But that is seriously one of my favorite games ever. And it's not because of the perverted parts XD. I love the story and it's a puzzle platformer. I love those too.
If you want a game or game series with a great story, likeable characters, and good gameplay mechanics, then I highly recommend that you check out the "Tales of" Series! It's a fantastic JRPG series, imo. I've been a HUGE fan of it for a long time now (technically about 3 years. xD), and I recommend it to anyone who loves JRPG's or RPG's in general.
There are some out for PS3 that had just come out not too long ago, namely Tales of Graces f, that was released last year, and the new Tales of Xillia, that was just newly released 3 months ago.
Now, I could literally go on forever about these games, but if you want to read more out of it you can check out here [CLICK].
There are ALOT of people out there that compare it to games like Final Fantasy, but believe me, THEY ARE TWO DIFFERENT THINGS. WAAAAAY DIFFERENT. xD
