It's fine. Your advice has made me feel better at least. But I think that wallpaper challenge is pretty much a lost cause at this point. I think any entry I make now will be too last minute to have a chance at winning.
I understand how you feel about wanted some sort of signal that your story is good. I was like that to, thought I am forever on hiatus now, but I feel that as long as your the author like where you're going, it's good. If you'd like some criticism, you could try asking some people. Usually it takes a great deal of time for anything to appear like follows- those random follows appearing suddenly after like a month of no follows. I hope you get some reviews soon. If you like, I could look over it, however I can't say I'll be familiar with the subject the fiction is based on.
As for the wallpaper. Oh, yeah I see your predicament... Hmm. You could try talking to the creator? I'm sorry I be useless.
What you said about come good fanfics never getting any reviews does make me feel a little better. On the other hand I prefer to get reviews because if I don't I'm left wondering about whether or not I'm doing a good job with it. Plus this story currently has zero followers, so that's not very encouraging.
Thanks for your suggestion about the wallpaper, but the challenge involves remaking a wallpaper I've done in the past. So I'd be doing a remake of a remake. Plus I feel like if I did make this change, the new wallpaper would not longer be elevated above the original version if that makes any sense.
Hey, some of the best fanfics have no reviews. I've read a lot that have hundreds of reviews and they were not very good. On the other hand, some that I read had little to no reviews and they were fantastic. So, don't feel too bad about not getting any reviews. No review is better than mean flames.
As for the wallpaper, you could made a copy of it and modify that one to enter it and in the description have a link to the original one you wanted to share. I don't know how hard it is to edit a wallpaper since I never did one, but I don't think you should let your hard work go to waste.
Well, I hope you feel better and that this week will be great.

My mistake. It's actually Crimson-Rose. Don't know why I thought it was snowzi.

It's not getting any followers that's what's really bugging me. If I had followers, than at least I'd no that people were interested.

In all honesty, I usually read them without reviewing because I get really nervous about that xD
I've done that a few times with my wallpapers!

What challenge was it? If it was mine, I might make an exception, depending on the rule.
