I was glad that one of their customer service people at least got back to me the same day I made that inquiry about my late order, but still. They really need to get their act together over there.
Plus even though they said they acquired RightStuf in order to improve their online store, I'm certain the real reason Crunchyroll bought them up was so they could eliminate some of their competition.
I agree that ever since Crunchyroll swallowed Right Stuf, it's been bad. I should have bought from them more before the takeover, because man, the Crunchyroll store is buggy! I once ordered something, and the next time I checked, my whole wishlist disappeared. I don't even know if the two incidents were related because I have a friend whose wishlist disappeared without her buying anything. I've never preordered from Crunchyroll, and now I'm not going to.
Call it karma. Call it luck. Me, I just don't give a... BOUNCE!
