Okay, we now have a new premiere date for the next Madoka Magica movie. According to ANN and the official website for the movie, it will now be premiering on August 28th, 2026.

Let's just hope that this date actually sticks this time. I am honestly kind of skeptical though, because we've been down this road just a few too many times before. Do I really need to show that YouTube clip of George W. Push from the last time I posted about this movie?

Anyway, August 28th is when the Madoka movie is supposed to come out now, so mark your calendars... and then destroy those calendars if they end up changing the date on us at the last second again.
