Oh that makes sense, but I still think that little spin off makes it more personal. Like how my name is Brittny, but it’s without the ‘e’! Of course, then everyone spells it wrong.
That’s the best way to start, and that’s how I started. Just browsing through magazines, because my family owns tons (my sisters are gossip girls for sure).
I’ll be posting some of my sketches soon, hopefully. I’m really eager to start posting, I’m just waiting until my final projects are completed. Thank you for all your support already.

Since you're a fashion designer, you must be good at drawing. XD I'd love to see some of your designs.
Anyway, do you know a website called weheartit? I often browse it, it's full of beautiful fashion photos. I think.. maybe if you haven't known, you should check it for some inspirations. ;)

I love how there are so many unique names on here. I don’t think I’ve heard Vanny before, but it has a nice ring to it. I see that you have a lot of creative anime works on your portfolio, so I think you are pretty creative. You don’t have to be fashionable to start, as long as you have a passion for fashion, that is what will get your through the programme (and career). I remember the days I was very unfashionable (because I used to be a tomboy )!
Right now I’m a freelance fashion designer, I have some work shops to go to, in hopes of selling my ideas to more popular companies, and hopefully they’ll hire me. Also, I’m working on an English (major) and computer design (minor) degree as well.

Wow, that’s quite interesting how your name are ‘linked’ in a sense. I think my mom just liked the name Brittney, but wanted a twist to it, and so, let out the ‘e’. Though, everyone spells it wrong on cards. The most interesting thing I heard was from my friend, who’s name is Kelsey and she was named that because her mom’s favourite restaurant was Kelseys.

It's a great profession to let out your imagination and try new ideas, but you also have to have a strong backbone (because it's competitive and there are a lot of pricks).
