Sorry about being a little jumping with you about it. It just happens that I commented on another person piece about how everyone I know seems to be leaving theO for DA. Your post came not that long after she annouced she was leaving theO. She was the 5th person I knew that left theO for DA.
(Oh. The once a day submission thing is Adam's adtempt to get people to pay more attention to individual submissions than dumping large amounts at a time.)
Actually I'm already a member for years around the same time I joined MyOtaku. I agree people actually some people left MyO for DA but not in my case since I have friends here too. Oh do you remember Ohkami Buster?
He's one of the Otaku who left to join DA but I guess that place suits him more there.
On the DA agreements, I think its using my artwork for promotion without the need of the original artist permission. You can actually sell your artwork there as a print
Alot of people are dicthing this site for DA! Just watch yourself over there. I think they have it in the terms and conditions that they can start selling your artwork without paying you anything.
I hope that your comic site goes over great! I know after a few days of tring to push only a few pages out I was tired and my arm hurt. Your's must be dead! I hope it recovers nicely.
That is one thing I hate about when weddings come up. The evil question of when are "YOU" getting married. I can never answer that question to the person's liking. And depending on my mood you can get some pretty mean answers to it. Congratulations on surviving it.
I hope that you are able to have a little fun while you give your arm a break! (Rest it not break the bone. Please.)
