Well from what pictures I've seen of you, you don't look all that fat to me. I thought you were skinny. Anyways if you still think ur too heavy to look good in cosplay you could always try putting a big cardboard box over the top half of you're body and draw an anime character on it. That would solve the self-esteem and the sweaty hug problem .
I know!I am a little plump too but I am cosplaying as L ^-^ And it is going to take 3 sports bras to make me look flat ^-^" And last time I was Kagome.And I always hated that skirt >.< lol
LMAO I dont think anyone would want a hug from a big sweaty guy lol.. no im not gonna cosplay.. cause if you notice most anime characters are skinny betches... and im valumptuasly plump ...and thick girls..or people do not look right cosplaying in skimpy outfits lol..

I'm sure you'll have lots of fun at the con. Yes, the people there can be very scary but the awesome factor outweighs most of it.
