Ah. I was also referring to the CGI series. I've never seen the original, which is strange because I have a season of it on one of my computers. The thing about The Clone Wars is that yes, it doesn't really move the story forward, but it's fun[. You don't have to be impressed by how dark or powerful the plot is, you can just geek out about it, and let's face it, that's what's great about Star Wars in the first place: a very cool fictional universe that you can just geek out about.
I am referring to only the CGI series, the one that predates it made by the Samurai Jack team is far more superior, I would've been happy with just that, it doesn't help that I fell out of favor with Star Wars in recent times but looking at the CGI series and the film that was released the same time, I feel they're just extending a story that really doesn't deserve to be extended anymore, especially when we already know what happens next.
I can't believe that The Clone Wars is on this list. I admit that it has mediocre voice acting and some pretty silly story arcs, but there is really something to it. The animation looks deceptively simple, but it's actually going for a very specific and very cool look. It's comparable to the art of Mike Mignola's Hellboy in that respect. The Clone Wars also has some pretty likable original characters, as well as some damn good interpretations of familiar characters ( I didn't think anything could make Jar-Jar Binks tolerable, but this show did it). And after the trainwreck that was the Star Wars prequels, it's very refreshing to see a take on the Star Wars saga that doesn't try to blow you away with CGI effects and scenery, or sweep you away with the percieved grandeur of forbidden romance and the power of the Dark Side or whatever it was they were going for. I like the Clone Wars because it has such a straightforward approach. It's just good old-fashioned fun.
Pucca is 2006 and has ended so misses the 2007 rule I placed on the list. Oggy & the Cockroaches is even older.
But even if they were 2007 onwards I found both of them average at best.
Oggy & the Cockroaches stays in the safe zone by using a familiar formula but doesn't offer anything new to it or use it in an effective way.
Pucca is more entertaining and more energetic but I've never gotten over the fact that it's a franchise in the same vain as Hello Kitty where you'll find her image on everything and the cartoon only serves as an extended commercial.
Overall neither are really good nor terrible.

I actually liked The Looney Tunes Show. At least it was able to keep the personalities of Bugs and Daffy. Granted, they did take a lot of liberties with changing the personalities of the other characters. (Ex. Granny being a forgetful lady.)
What about Oggy and the Cockroaches? Sometimes, it's fun, but most of the time it comes across as more violent that Tom and Jerry. And to think both Cartoon Network and Nickeledeon are showing this cartoon.
And there's also Pucca. The whole idea of Pucca being so obsessed with Garu to the point that she exhibits behavior that would be considered as mentally unstable in the real world is just irritating.
The reason I enjoyed the Thundercats reboot was that they really made an effort to create an epic world. It looks epic and easily surpasses the original.
With Looney Tunes I felt that being told blatantly what the characters were like just spoiled the effect of the humor, the joy of cartoons as old as Bugs Bunny & Scooby Doo is that you enjoy working out the hidden meanings such as Fred & Daphne always going off alone or Bugs Bunny actually enjoying cross dressing as a hobby.

The very idea of new Looney Tunes does make me sad. You didn't mention the Thundercats re-boot.
Oh wait, you did. Note: read all stuff before commenting. Though personally, I'm not into it.
