Looking back, I wouldn't really say that the cartoons on that era were that good. Most of them rely too much on stupid gags, which came to the point that it really irritated me a lot. I know I felt that way with Camp Lazlo, The Marvelous Misadventures of Flapjack, and My Gym Partner's a Monkey.
I mean, seriously, why would they put Adam Lion in an animal school just because of his surname? It really irritates me. Some episodes may be good, but the general premise of the series just irks me.
Chowder was fine for me, though. I'm not a fan of the show, but I preferred spending time watching this over the other shows I mentioned at the top. That's not I spend a lot of time watching it, though.
I think that was really a time when I started to move on from the network, since it was no longer what it used to be. In our country, I don't think we ever had those reality shows, which is a huge relief.
