my friend made most of it
i just sewed the frills on the top
the frills on the bottom
i made the flowers/ the bow
put the flowers/ the bow on
and then made the necklace

omg my best guy friend cosplayed as Kyouya...it was really funny
and i ended up buying the dress from a friend about half finished,
so i had to make the frills and add the flowers
she sold the un-finished dress to me for 45$--meaning i just bought her ticket for the Con
and i got to borrow her sewing machine^^
