Oh, the word you're thinking of is "gijinka". But "pokemon made human" works well enough, too. xD I can't quite tell which pokemon she is, though... Is she a milotic?
I like the picture with the winter spirit. :) The effect you did with the spirit to make him look ghostly is really neat~ The colored pictures of them are cute, too! :D
