That is rather sucky. Well, even if you are made to quit singing (which sounds rather unfair to me) you can always continue in your spare time. Sing at home, sing in the shower. If it is important to you then the best thing to do is to keep training your voice. Then, you never know, you may get another chance in the future - I am sure you will. If you have a passion for something then keep it alive!

Tell your dance partner how you feel. That isn't right that you get treated like that. I hope things work out for you *hugs* sorry for the babble...

You know what? I don't think you should quit singing, and you should tell your mom how much it means to you. 'Cause it's not right that she's making you quit. And besides... Newspaper sounds boring. Ha.. >< But really.. I don't think you should quit. If I were you, I'd stay in it. That's only 'cause I don't listen to my mom. ><

And you should swing your swing partner out the window. :]
