Legend Of Zelda: Skyward Sword

So, after many many months of hearing about the newest Zelda game for Wii, Ive been wanting to play it. And when it came out in like Novemberish? I reallly wanted to play it. Luckily I got a Wii (again after trading it the first time I had one, big mistake -.-) for Christmas. I was so psyched! I also got two giftcards for Walmart, $75, and knew what I was gonna buy with them.
Guess what I bought? I can guess that you can guess that I can guess you can! (was that too confusing?) You got it! Skyward Sword for Wii! And Pokemon White too, but that game is minor to me when it comes to Zelda (but I still love it)

What can I say about this game? A better question would be "what can't I say about it?" The graphics are awesome! The scenery IS just as painterly as the reviews I read on it, and seen, have said they were. Its very beautiful, just like an oil painting. Hearing about the more "painted and bright" scenery Skyward Sword was going to have, I was a bit dissapointed at first. I did enjoy the dark and sort of melancholy look of Twilight Princess, however, when I started playing it, that dissapointement went right away! I have never seen such a beautiful Zelda world!

Another highlight of the game is how interactive it is, with the Wii remote (given it also has Wii Motion Plus on it) and the person playing the game. Every which way you tilt the Wii-mote (I callz it that x3) Link also tilts it in that same direction. You can slash up, down, vertically, you name it. I was also surprised with the answers you could give people in the game. It was no longer the usual "yes" or "no" simple answers, but more complex. You can usually now have three answers. Which one you pick decides what you like, some of them are funny too.

The only thing I can honestly say I dislike about the game is those darn Spirit Realms. The first time I went through one in Faron, it creeped me out! I dont know why, though Zelda games have a tencency to scare me in every game with something of theirs. Maybe its just the thought of only having a small safe area; stepping off that area and having tons of Guardians trying to find and hit you; the Watchers, especially the ones low to the ground who can see you better than the ones high in the air, always looking to tattle on you; and then the fact that even if you collect all 15 tears, you can still fail if your found out and a Guardian hits you.

Well, I could say many more great things about this amazing game, but I think this post is a bit too long, so to help your eyes heal, Im going to (attempt) to post some Skyward Sword pics here. Enjoy and thanks for reading~!
