Yeah. Anything not to have to draw a hand. Sometimes I even hide both in pockets. And I seriously dislike that so many poses I wanna do involve both hands being visible. Errrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.
Yes. I actually have tried doing that and when I just draw a hand it turns out not so bad. But if I draw a hand where it's supposed to be, say, on a body perhaps? it looks like crap-diddlies. Shucky-darns.
Our scanner (for some inconceivable reason) does tend to elongate random stretches of everything it scans, then it compresses other parts. That actually was the case with Melinda's hand, so I had to go in and shorten it. But hands really do give Shika fits, the poor thing. She agonizes over them whenever she finds herself needing to draw some. You'll note in many situations, Shika will manage to have at least one hand hidden in her drawings...to avoid drawing a second one, of course. Silly little girl... ^^

Mm, I can see now what you means about the hands. Those fingers do appear to be just a tad long. But keep drawing, practice working on just hands ^^
