Wow, those could both be quite fun to play around with! The costumes for obvious reasons - cosplaying your OC's in different time periods, and such. I really do like the idea of exploring architecture, too - I don't see why you couldn't do the both of them at once, really! Period clothing in matching environments! Or - people at different times being tourists (so, the clothes and the environments / arch don't have to be contemporaneous, necessarily). I'd be interested to see what you might do either way!
I'd love it, personally. I would find it pretty helpful too, seeing as I like to design dresses and such occasionally. So have at it, if you wish to do it. Would be a pretty fun project, I would think.
