I think that it is a little bit of both of our faults. There fault for bombing us, and bringing the President to even think about going over there into a war; And our Fault for sending Troops over there even after we have killed the Terroists. Some of the people over there are supposablly not screened (heard it from someone so if it is wrong, don't blame me). I myself don't know why we are even over in Iraq any more.
